Our Consignment Process

  1. Create an Account and Submit Your Item for Evaluation
    To get started, please create an account on our website by visiting the "Quote My Bag" section. From there, you'll be able to upload detailed photos of the item(s) you wish to consign, along with information about the brand, model, and condition. Some items will receive an automatic quote, others will require our team to review your submission and in those cases we will provide an initial estimate as quickly as possible.

  2. Item Authentication
    After your submission, your item will undergo a thorough authentication process by our experienced experts, including Entrupy certification. This ensures that all bags and accessories meet our standards for authenticity and quality before being accepted for consignment. Important Note: All items must be authentic. Items suspected to be counterfeit will not be accepted and will not be returned to the consignor due to legal obligations prohibiting the sale or shipment of counterfeit goods.

  3. Display and Marketing
    After the agreement is verified for quality and authenticity, your item will be listed on our website and marketed to our exclusive clientele. We use high-quality photography and detailed descriptions to showcase your item’s unique features.

  4. Sale and Payment
    Once your item is sold, and Envy Luxury receives the funds from the sale, we will notify you and issue payment for the agreed-upon amount, minus the consignment commission, within 2 business days. Payments will be processed through your preferred payment method.  We offer PayPal, Venmo or Bank Transfer.

Consignment Terms

  • Commission Structure: Our standard consignment commission ranges from 20-35% of the final sale price. The commission rate may vary depending on the value of the item and its condition.
  • Pricing: We work closely with our consignors to set a fair and competitive price based on the market value and the condition of the item. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if necessary to ensure the item is competitively priced.
  • Duration: The consignment period typically lasts for 60-120 days. At the end of this period, you may choose to either lower the price or have the item returned to you.
  • Condition: We only accept items in good to excellent condition. Any bags with significant damage, excessive wear, or missing components (e.g., necessary straps) may not be eligible for consignment.
  • Authenticity: All items must be authentic. Items suspected to be counterfeit will not be accepted or returned to the consignor due to laws preventing the sale of counterfeit goods.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping: Once you’ve created your account and submitted your item through our portal, Envy Luxury will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We will cover the cost of shipping, including insurance and signature confirmation upon delivery, at no additional charge to you. This ensures your item is securely shipped to us and protected throughout the process.
  • Return of Unsold Items: If your item does not sell within the agreed-upon consignment period, we will contact you to discuss next steps. You may choose to have the item returned to you, and we will arrange for it to be shipped back at no cost to you, using a prepaid label and ensuring insurance and signature confirmation upon delivery.

What We Accept

We accept luxury handbags, accessories, and select designer items in excellent condition. Our focus is on high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Prada, and other top-tier designers. We do not accept damaged, heavily worn, or counterfeit items.
