At Envy Luxury, we strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. Due to the nature of our high-end, pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we offer store credit for eligible returns under the following conditions:
Store Credit Eligibility

Purchases Made on Our Website:
If you purchased an item directly from our website and wish to return it, you may be eligible for 100% store credit if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. The Envy tags must remain intact for the return to be eligible. The store credit will be issued in the full amount of the original purchase price. -
Purchases Made on TikTok Shop:
For items purchased through our TikTok Shop, you may be eligible for 90% store credit if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and the Envy tags remain intact. This is due to the unique nature of sales on our TikTok Shop platform. The store credit will reflect 90% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Returns Outside of the 7-Day Window or Without Tags
If you wish to return an item after the 7-day window or if the Envy tags have been removed, we are happy to assist you through our "Quote My Bag" section. In this case, we will work with you to consign the item through our platform. The final sale price will be determined based on the consignment process, and the value of your item will be subject to market demand and condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return or consign your item, please follow these steps:
- Visit the "Quote My Bag" section on our website and submit your item for evaluation.
- Our team will assist you with either the return process (if eligible) or guide you through consigning your item with us.
Important Notes:
- Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used toward future purchases on the Envy Luxury website.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
