  • All items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible, ensuring top-quality service.

Shipping Services & Costs

  • Free Ground Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 using our standard ground service (typically 3-7 business days), which is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your item sooner, we offer 1-2 day shipping for $50, ensuring faster delivery with signature confirmation upon arrival.

Signature & Insurance

  • All Envy Luxury shipments are insured for their full value, and a signature upon delivery is required for all orders. This ensures the safety of your luxury purchase and protects you against loss or damage during transit.

Returned Packages

  • In the event that a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or lack of signature, the cost of reshipping the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide a new shipping label, and the cost of the label will be billed to the customer.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the United States only. If you are interested in shipping internationally, please contact us directly, and we can discuss options and additional fees for international deliveries.
