  • Access and Restrictions: You may not use our Website for any unlawful purpose, or engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.

3. Purchases

  • Product Listings: All products listed on our Website are pre-owned luxury items. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, but there may be slight variations in color, texture, or size due to lighting or other factors.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. Sales tax and shipping costs (if applicable) are added to the total at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but is simply a confirmation that we have received your request. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Consignment

  • Eligibility for Consignment: To consign an item, you must create an account on our Website and submit your item through the "Quote My Bag" section. All items must be authentic, in good to excellent condition, and meet our consignment criteria.
  • Consignment Agreement: Upon acceptance of your consignment item, you will be required to sign a consignment agreement outlining the terms, including commission rates, pricing, and consignment period.
  • Item Authentication: All consigned items are subject to our authentication process. Items that do not meet our authentication standards will not be accepted for consignment, and items that are suspected to be counterfeit will not be returned to the consignor due to legal obligations.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation. Free standard ground shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. All shipping and handling fees are specified at checkout.
  • Shipping Addresses: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Envy Luxury is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Please contact us directly for international shipping inquiries.

6. Returns and Store Credit

  • Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. However, under certain conditions, items may be eligible for store credit. Store credit will be issued only if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition with the Envy tags intact.
  • Returns for Website Purchases: Items purchased from our website are eligible for 100% store credit if returned within 7 days and all tags remain intact.
  • Returns for TikTok Shop Purchases: Items purchased from our TikTok Shop are eligible for 90% store credit if returned within 7 days and all tags remain intact.
  • Returns After 7 Days or Without Tags: If you return an item after the 7-day window or without the tags, you will be required to go through the consignment process. Please visit our "Quote My Bag" section for further instructions.

7. Payment

  • Methods of Payment: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Store Credit: Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for purchases made through the Website. It cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a purchase, consigning items, or interacting with the Website.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Loss or Damage: Envy Luxury is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Website, purchase or consignment of items, or shipping delays. While we take great care in the authentication and shipping process, we are not responsible for items once they have been shipped.
